User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Supervise children's use of the app as appropriate
• Not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Keep your device and app updated for security

Subscription and Payments

Vimo offers both free and Pro subscription options:

• Free version includes limited features
• Pro version unlocks additional features through in-app purchase
• Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID
• Pricing is displayed in the App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

Star Rewards

The star system is a motivational feature:

• Stars are earned for completing activities
• Stars may unlock future premium content
• Stars have no monetary value
• Star balances are stored locally on your device

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and features in Vimo are owned by Atypical Apps and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Vimo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

Atypical Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Vimo.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Vimo at any time with or without notice.

Termination

You may stop using Vimo at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may terminate access for violations of these terms.
